Irish Porridge Oats
Porridge Loaf
Ingredients
500g Low Fat Natural Yogurt
2 teaspoons (level) Bicarbonate of Soda
1 teaspoons Salt
400g Grandma Henvey Gluten Free Porridge Oats
Method
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
Spoon the mixture into a well greased 2lb loaf tin.
Bake in a 180 degree celsius oven for between 40 and 50 minutes.
Put on wire rack to cool.
